The primary riff for this tune is just an F power chord (for two quarter notes) then a quick slide down to a heavily muted E power chord (two eighths and a quarter note). If you've heard the song, it's pretty easy. The chorus and solo aren't much more difficult.

This song is one of those songs you tend to loathe at first, but then they sink inside you. The main riff is pretty easy......until you try to play it as fast as Kurt did. Play this song with heavy distortion.
Normal tuning
Main riff:
D|-------------------|------------------| A|------2------------|---1--------------| E|----3---3-2-1-0-1-2|-3---3-2-1-0-1-2--|
Riff A
G E|-----------------| B|-----------------| G|-----------------| D|----0-0----------| A|----2-2----------| E|----3-3-0-1-2-2--|
Intro: Play the main riff 4 times, followed by Riff A played 4 times
Verse: Use Riff A throughout the verse until the part where Kurt sings "Yes I eat cow, I am not proud" then play either: a) the main riff 2 times after the first/third verse b) the main riff 4 times after the second/forth verse
Chorus
B C G E|-----------------------| B|-----------------------| G|----4-x-5-5-5----------| D|----4-x-5-5-5-5-5-5-5--| played 4 times A|----2-x-3-3-3-5-5-5-5--| E|--------------3-3-3-3--|
A C Eb E|-------------------------------------| B|-------------------------------------| G|--------------------5-5-5-5-6-6-6-6--| D|----7-7-7-7-7-7-7-7-5-5-5-5-6-6-6-6--| played a couple of times A|----7-7-7-7-7-7-7-7-3-3-3-3-6-6-6-6--| E|----5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5------------------|
The ending is just the main riff being played over and over getting slower and slower until it finally ends on a G |
